Ars Collecta Paraje Calificado El Tros Nou
The Paraje Qualificado qualification, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and the Environment, is an exclusive distinction for those cavas made with grapes from a certain place, along with quality criteria in their production that mean that only 15 cavas from all over the country wear it, three of them from Codorníu.
Ars Collecta Paraje Calificado El Tros Nou Brut Gran Reserva comes from a unique Pinot Noir vineyard located in one of the coldest areas of the D.O. Cava, la Serralada de Prades, characterized by its licorella soils that give the cava a mineral touch. This blanc de noirs, after aging for more than 90 months, becomes a perfect combination of elegance and freshness. Its very high scores above 91 out of 100 and the fact that a limited number of bottles are produced make it one of the most desired cavas, keep that in mind.
